Located in the heart of Yelm, we are very centrally located, within an hour of Seattle and Mount Rainier. Our B&B is in downtown Yelm and walking distance to shopping, bowling, dining, local theater and artist boutiques.
All rooms are upstairs, with common area downstairs. This inn is not a private residence - it is strictly a Bed and Breakfast. The owners live in a separate residence, next door to B&B to allow utmost customer service.
All rooms have private bathrooms. One wing has three private rooms, all equipped with their own private bathroom. One wing has a family suite that has two rooms adjoining, separated by french doors that can be left open or shut for privacy, as desired.

Our guests can use the common areas downstairs, equipped with two full kitchens and outdoor grounds featuring a hot tub with pergola.
Small kitchen is available for cooking meals, with mutual understanding that this is a shared space and must be left the way it was found.
Arrangements can be made to use laundry facilities for a small fee.
Garage can be used if bike or something of small size needs to be secured.
Parrish Room
$109 Per Night +9.5% tax

Our Parrish Room offers one king bed, a sitting area with two chairs, tv, and private bathroom with spa tub.
The décor is eclectic combining old and new, comfortable and visually appealing. Traditional with pieces from a lifetime of collecting, traveling, and creating spaces for relaxation, and comfort with a flair of uniqueness. Maxfield Parrish is the featured artist.
Betsy Pease
Single Room: $109 Per Night +9.5% tax

With our Betsy Pease Suites, you have options!
Betsy Pease Suite A is the main room with one queen bed, a sitting area with two chairs, and tv.
Betsy Pease Suite B is the adjoining room with two twin beds which can make one king bed, upon request.
If you are only looking for one room, Betsy Pease Suite A is a lovely choice. The adjoining room is locked off during the rental period and left vacant for privacy during your stay.
Booking Betsy Pease A & B together is perfect for a group traveling together, a family with children, or two people traveling together that want their own space. French doors connect the rooms and can remain open or closed during your stay.
The bathroom is located on the same landing and is private during your stay. It offers a tub/shower combo with a roomy garden tub.
These rooms are upstairs and offer private landing directly outside the rooms with a small dinette, especially suited for relaxation or business area as needed.
If renting only one suite, lock off will occur with additional suite and remain vacant during your stay to ensure privacy.
Icart Room
$109 Per Night +9.5% tax

The Icart Room is one of many guests' favorite rooms, with a California king-sized bed and two sitting chairs in the room in front of an electric fireplace that can augment heat or be used without heat just for a nice atmosphere. This room is private on the second floor and sets behind a nice large Cyprus tree out front that provide a nice view and shade in summer. The private bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The room is named after Louis Icart, a 1920’s artist.
Fox Room
$109 Per Night +9.5% tax

This is a quaint room on second floor with nice country decor that features a queen size genuine iron bed that is very stout and very comfortable. The room has electric fireplace for heat or just atmosphere (no heat), air conditioner in room during warm weather. This room has a full private bathroom with a spa tub. This is a favorite of our single female guests often, but can accommodate up to two people comfortably. Shabby chic design, clean, nice and ready for you to book.
